Returns and Refund Policy 

1. Returns

We want you to love your artwork! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Item must be in the same condition you received it.

Process: Contact us at jacquelineprouseart@gmail.com to initiate a return.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return postage. Return shipping is typically €8–€15 within Ireland (depending on parcel size). Returns from outside Ireland will vary by location.

 

2. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and confirm approval.

Approved Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days.

Partial Refunds: May apply for items not in original condition or damaged due to customer handling.

Non-Refundable Items: Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

 

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at jacquelineprouseart@gmail.com with a photo. We will replace or refund your item at no cost to you.
